Joe,

Please correct me if I am wrong but don't all proxies get sent to shareholders of record. I get them all the time from Waterhouse on my other holdings. And once received I have the option to vote on issues if I choose. So with that said your response to my question makes no sense to me.

I need to be enlightened here. I am just a dumb Doctor. I am not an attorney or a big time finance guy like yourself. So Joe the question is Why would Waterhouse be voting on a proxie that is sent to me (the shareholder of record). They send me proxies all the time Joe. On all of the holdings that I have. So when should I expect the proxie regarding the voting issue you brought up on Xecom?

Wes or Dan, if you read this and can help out here I would appreciate it since my questions don't seem to be answered.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Dave
