The Bush War threat is having a significant depressant effect on the World economy as well as the US economy. Investment in the Middle East and Africa is being especially hard hit. It looks like the Bush war threat will hang over the world economy like a sword of Damocles for the rest of the year and will cause much suffering even without an actual invasion. There is no question that Bush made this decision and he is 100% responsible for these consequences.
