It's a wonderful state. I especially like the New York Rangers. Every town has a Ranger who really knows his way around.

We have a particularly pretty black bear color here, a phase that's called the glacier bear. You can see one in the pictures at juneaubears.com. It's kind of a bluish tint.

I do not much like the idea of bear hunting either, although I killed one in my youth. I have nothing against hunting them, but it's like ducks and geese for me. I don't hunt them because I like watching them but don't like the meat. Now elk, that's a different story. I would rather eat elk meat than any other kind. Moose too.
