Glenn, you mentioned JCPenny (JCP) the other day. I just looked at it. You're right it has been on a tear!
Sears (S) too, and Bed, bath and beyond (BBBY) hasn't done that bad either.
Now, here's one I haven't missed. Auto parts retailers.
I read an article several months ago which basically said in a slowing economy people will spend money fixing up their cars rather than buying a new one.
Look how well AZO,ORLY, and PBY have done since coming off their lows.
