Just for giggles, I want to point out that while the Dow undercut that Jan low on the way down... it has no regained all of the losses from last Friday, and, in the wiggles, did NOT make a 5 wave move down. 3 waves and no new low. Perhaps a failed fifth this week... marking a C down of a longer consolidation? In that case, new highs on tap pretty darn soon.

Possible that this up is a B of a bigger move off the high, but while that'd be short term bearish, the IT bullish count still seems the right one, even in that quirkiest of indices.
