So I just listened to that call to Raffensperger by imPOTUS...

I am not amused. Trump threatens the man no fewer than three times, accuses him of criminal acts at least four times. He is also clearly, at least passively, pushing for Raffensperger to overturn the duly accounted election results and votes of the state of Georgia.

That is racketeering being recorded on the phone. That, by itself, is a crime. Anyone else claiming otherwise is trying to give credibility to a man like Trump who has historically and habitually been known to lie to make himself look better in a conversation, as well as make large and false attributions to himself.
