In all things there is a probability distribution. Any who believe the probability distribution of men and woman in Aptitude for science and engineering is similar are quite deluded. A single sample or twenty examples will not change reality. My daughter is an engineer. She designs the structures, concrete and steel of commercial buildings. I expect soon she will be certified a Professional Engineer. My daughter is also a commander of an Army engineering company. My daughter is a lovely lady with natural aptitude Aplenty for science and technology and leadership. My daughter is rare.

I don't judge any individual by a probability distribution. But I also know a probability distribution exists.
