Hello Maurice. I've communicated a bit before about Interdigital IDC; and you indicated that you didn't think very favorably about the company. I read through the QCOM SEC filing and it describes the settlement with IDC whereby IDC got something like 5.5 mil$ in exchange for rights to use IDC patents. Do you know what these rights cover? Does IDC still have a competing B CDMA or is B CDMA something that QCOM can use? IDC appears to be a very small company - 190 employess. MOT, LU, ERICY, or even QCOM could gobble it up. Could you spread some more light on the IDC connection? You seem to be very well versed in all things Qualcommian. Mike
