Can anyone discuss UIS a little more? Who is their "unnamed global partner" in various news releases? Will they cost 3-4 billion at $20/share? They are the comouter services division that CPQ needs so badly? They have debt, CPQ has cash, plus new stock issue levels. Their earnings in 1998: $150 million? dilutive to CPQ? Thanks for your insights; In the fall, Mason and Pfeiffer have both mentioned acquisitions, with "the right fit." Dave
