The only disturbing common denominator on this thread is the inability to face up to reality.
1.Where are SUF share prices?
2.Forget about the FP and what supposedly happened at court , I was there:
a.SUF abandoned Section 17 and the interdict.
b.The heirs did not abandon anything.
3.You have obviously always tracked down the ORIGINAL owners of every SUF site all over the world including Canada to check that they were fairly compensated?
4.The heirs money will be split up according to the estate laws in SA.
5.I have no doubt that the mineral rights laws will eventually be changed but SUF should have recognized the laws are they are at present.
6.No-one including SUF or anyone on this thread has yet answered the simple question as to why SUF did not contact the heirs right in the beginning.
a.They knew who they were.
b.They chose the Section 17 alternative that ignored the heirs as if they could not track them down.
7.The DME press release has never been examined as it will not sit well with current expectations.
8.The court case is over.
