[re: Docuement] I downloaded the paper and read it over. Not sure how I could offer an opinion succinctly ... but the paper is very "loaded". It very much appears that the author has an axe to grind. He does quite the sensationalistic job of hailing CAP over DMT with shallow arguements. If I wrote a critical paper like that at work for, say, the FAA, my employer surely would not submit it. Wouldn't stand up to criticism for one second. Did anyone get a load of the web page for the document download? Well ... better not get into that.
