positive aspects of a below-replacement-level birthrate, To do this, CB, we'd have to discuss the reasons many people in the world don't use, or don't believe in, birth control.

The Western World seems to have done a good job in that area.

Why haven't the other countries in the World done the same? And for what reasons?

Where are the largest percentages of birth rate for what countries?

Is it religion that accounts for more than a 2.0 birthrate overall?
Or lack of education?
Or "culture"?

Can these countries afford to feed all their new inhabitants?
