A better comparison would be with last July, the last time CUBE was beaten down this far. Only this time, trailing earnings are higher,
and a .47 showing would put the trailing P/E at a ridiculous 17.3.

Look for analyst upgrades as well, and hang on tight - I don't
think it will take 3 months this time to hit 50.
