Eric, As I said many times in the past, Oilex's estimates are as in the dictonary, estimates (MSFT has a diff. dict.). You go by 4:1. They say 1000, you say 250. The guy went out with that estimate on the assumption that he'll get the loan(?) How can you work on the property without having money to pay your employees? These people are not slaves. Each one of them is another payroll check. The guy could've easily raise $1M by selling to the pennies buy he decided not to. He really believes that the co. is selling cheap and it has a bright future-so does the lenders. You don't just through $3M. It's my believe that by Sep. The co. will look much better. But why buy it when it's already up 100%, 200%, or even 300% ($1.25) I wish you a speedy recovery-too bad it happened right before the weekend. Be well, Marty
PS Thanks for your reply. That's the only I can learn to avoid mistakes. Look at UNRG. It can go to $3 and I wouldn't care. A BB stock is BB stock. If you cann't get in at cheap bottom then just wait a couple of months, buy, and few months latter, sell. |
