Right, and six months from now I guarantee you the various mints will not have trouble getting plenty of gold for blanks as the jewelry and consumer electronics markets go splat. Gold is not a slam dunk here by any means unless and until the FED actually monetizes debt or otherwise really and truly prints USD. For now they are still getting by with "sterilized" money from treasury sales.
