Huh? Does the Ryan plan decrease Medicare taxes? Medicare funding comes from garnishing workers wages. It isn't some kind of gift or benefit from the Govt or Odumbozo the Clown. If they are authorizing more benefits than what was paid into Medicare...then that should be cut. You can't get more than what was paid in!
