When OBL was offered to Pres Clinton, he should have discovered a way to keep him incarcerated instead of saying "no thank you."
Clinton knew OBL was responsible for both the attacks on the USS Cole and on the embassies. He could have found a way in the international arena to keep that fundamentalist lunatic behind bars. Just that simple action would have saved 3000 American lives on Sept 11.
