Hello Micheal, it all depends if they will pay this to the shareholder or not. The deal is worth only 15 million US to the shareholder because of 50-50 deal with Pan American. That equals about 60 cents a share.

The deal with Barrick was done early 1996 at 2.10 per share based on the El Toro prospect.
