Right now Netscape is not trading in tandem with AOL, recent quotes indicate AOL at $93 7/8, Netscape $41 1/8. At the .45 share arrangement Netscape should be trading at $42.25. Difficult to say why it is lagging. Maybe due to the fact that the deal does not take place until the new year. Much can happen between now and then. I wonder what if any breakup fee has been arranged, there was no mention of that in the announcements. Anyone notice anything? Regards
