Pierre I agree that no company should be involved in any criminal activity. The allegations are that a bulldozer was used to destroy Medinah's mill, housing, and people were forcibly removed from the premises located at Andacollo, on MDIN's lease. The shareholders will obviously have to mine/dig to get the "real story", so you might start by calling Dayton's IR. Thanks Handshake
