Chris cut out the name calling. I invite others to review your posts
and decide what kind of guy you are. You make an a lot claims to information which I think is hype on many subjects.

To my SI friends, yes I am short PSIX and not yet covered. I would recommend the position, but if shorting is not your thing, and you are considering purchase, please don't assume Chris has any credible information. Don't look at just the recent posts, also look at the earlier ones. Doug Larkin, who's a real Internet expert, and has some very good ideas on valuations and a deal as well.

Even if BEL is in a non-disclosure agreement, it means very little. The company is desperate for a buyer- not the kind of stuff which produces a premium (if it were justified).

Chris, I know nothing more than public information (wow, that's a new concept) but from that I will bet you my house (I live in an apartment but I settle on a house next month) that BEL ain't buying PSIX and even if Ray Smith (that's the CEO of BEL-public information) dropped acid (I guess in memory of Timothy Leary) and bought PSIX, the price would be substantially below today's market price.

I don't mean to start a battle agian but I don't like the name calling, so do us all a favor and don't use this response as an opportunity to continue it.
