More spaghetti logic from a pinky ceo. Whats he doing emailing a defendant anyway? Who cares about this garbage now? He filed a suit and won on that already. Boohoo he was too stupid to manage the companies capital properly and alleges he was duped by a bunch of sleazoids. So whats the bum do? The bum sues innocent stockholders for mail/stock fraud? WTF?
