I'd have to double check the dates but I think when I last added to my GOOG position at $388 I may have been taking advantage of YHOO's last blow up when it reported earnings and had that horrible CC revealing their failure to execute and thus delay a major new tool for their advertisers that analysts had thought might help close a bit of the monetization gap with GOOG. I believe I took advantage of the guilt by association drop in GOOG at the time. I remember shaking my head in disbelief that it was only shortly after that that they nuked their message board. I thought at the time and still do that YHOO was under pressure to improve performance when they came up with the hideous message board changes where they could shove more sponsored ads at people
