I think thats like saying that being invited to the Oval Office for a trade deal, is not worthy of news till a trade deal is struck. I would agree with that, but getting their is being invited first. I would not expect market moves in either case. Much like an IR appointment is not a market mover.....but it did, which means there are people at work aren't there?
