From Hero to Zero...

Okay, you were right once, but this last post of yours is so full of horses*** I can't let it pass without comment. How can the shorters possibly have made the real money? Consider the stock traded above $12.00 only VERY briefly on Friday, the vast majority of stock that shorters could have sold MIGHT have been in the $10 to $12 range, and again, only on Friday and early Monday did they have the opportunity for this. Given this fact, covering their positions at between $7.00 and $10.00 would give them AT BEST a $5.00 profit margin, and on average closer to $3.00.

If your math suggests that the $3.00 - $5.00 short profit is somehow better than the $6.00 - $9.00 profit many of the longs are now enjoying, then I must conclude that you learned math at the same place you learned English.

I can tolerate you idiosyncratic writing style, but I must challenge cock-eyed logic.

Much later,
JPlantinga
