So what! If the will of the people is being violated in Dade county by not doing recounts, it is also being violated in all counties.

If an outlaw is murdering citizens and the sheriff refuses to protect them, will the supreme court ask the mayor if he wants state police? If he ways, no, will they just go away and say "Have it your way."?

It is not the will of George W Bush that the court should be concerned about, it is the will of the elderly people of Duval county who couldn't push the chad through the ballot. Nobody appointed the George Bush campaign to be their legal representative, so what GWB's team said in front of the Fla. supreme court is irrelevant. In fact, the court had no business asking either candidate what they wanted.
