Anybody notice that Gasonics had a new product announcement and nobody cared? biz.yahoo.com Sounds kinda like a copy of an Apsen III to me? Patent problems down the road for them maybe (hoping) ? Wish they would have given us some technical details on the new process, but alas, none. Notice that no price movement and very low volume right after a new product announcement. Strong chance they are headed down. ...Or maybe that's why Mattson went up today :')
