yes. aside from infected floppy disks, i believe websites are the biggest culprits. possibly shareware fits in there somewhere. when i download a file or program i always try to scan it with antivirus before installing or opening it. and more than exe. files are affected.

btw, lots of antivirus software out there, as you know. but thought you'd like to know that the last time i updated my norton's 4.0 from the internet to add most recent virus protection, it cited protection from over 20,800 viruses. fwiw.
