Microsoft CFO just announced no earnings warning forthcoming and no changes in their expectations, in response to claims they were going to warn. I am buying it as a short term trade because it takes time for the institutions to learn the news and stop their computer sell programs. Claim about their warning didn't make sense to me anyways. A PC price war will increase total sales. It is the PC makers who will suffer, not MSFT. Already profitting.
