Unfortunately, whomever wrote that piece has serious trouble with English which caused some of the confusion. But the initial babble was nothing short of laughable. Tell me, is this some sort of a joke? Seriously, how can you consider the use of Pentium Pro in servers anything short of an unabashed success? Do you really think NCR was stupid enough to bet the farm on Pentium? Not being able to grasp English doesn't excuse that idiot from rambling on about the Klamath not fitting in a standard slot when the damn thing is being designed from the ground up as an in-line, plug-in unit. Frankly, Intel is just plugging a few holes in the low-end of the market with Klamath so don't confuse that with the next generation. I don't think Microsoft has been to happy about patching their operating system to work around Cyrix bugs and nobody wants that crap in a business system.
