9-11 happened because Bush let it. That's all I know. He was warned many times about something big about to happen and did nothing. Even Barney Fife would have acted. Bush didn't. Why not? It is possible it was intentional, but I have no proof. If not intentional, then the grossest dereliction of duty in US history.
