Of course he can. He can even point out the stupidity of democrats at the same time. You will recall how so much was made of unequal pay in your state of Washington and that there was a $800,000,000 judgement against the state which was later over turned. Despite " efforts" or legislation our two states are equal at 75% differential. This is certainly a correction which was help create new jobs in Wisconsin. We want to welcome new companies to our state and employ those not employed. The benefits far out weigh idiotic campaign rhetoric. The union members who are running a campaign to get back control of Wisconsin for their own personal enrichment to the detriment of honest working taxpayers of course will only look for what is best for them...they want our money so badly they will only be content when we finally are in your sorry state of having to finance state operations through the sale of future lotto winnings...an unbelievable situation for Washington State to have allowed themselves to be in because of irresponsible ideology.
