i hazard there is yet another category that is going to stay out of stocks for a long time or forever and it be those that entered the market anywhere from 1982 to 1991 who were already rich and who cashed there chips in 2000 in the category of the super-rich.
I feel the boom in luxury homes is in part these people pouring their cash into hard assets.
The waterfront land in my area has rocketed up since the sell-off commenced in 2000.
It is now just a battle of bidding to get every inch of waterfront that can be gotten.And the vast majority are for building vacation getaways.
i have been an eye-witness to cash on the barrel head buying---these people don't need the market anymore.Max
