R&D actually stayed the same as previous quarter @ $8.5m SG&A down to $16m from $17m previous quarter (but up from $11.6 prev yr) Margins improved to 34% from 30% The strange item is provision for taxes of $627,000 even though they lost money and show only $129 increase in balance sheet deferred tax. This likely means that they are expensing R&D items that the IRS will force them to capitalize. The revenues are great, the tone is great ... I guess there will be no more chances for shares at "can't lose" prices. ** David
