Have you ever taken part in a mandated corporate 2 hour training?
Who the f--- cares whether the training actually had a positive effect on employees?

The point is that Starbucks spent a disproportionate amount of time and money to make up for ONE incident of racism at ONE store by ONE employee.

Why? Because people like you and Borusa will never stop using that incident to further your agenda.
