Hi Vic and RB: Thanks for all your thoughts. I haven't had any luck talking with anyone at FTEL at any length recently. I have had an email into Helen for about 2 weeks that I am awaiting a reply. It is a pretty extensive list of items, and if anything interesting comes of it, I will post. I might try calling back in the meantime. RB...glad to see that you will be visiting Franklin next week. Email me if you have any good onsite reports (GGG). Vic...thanks for all the input, I will talk to you soon.
