Confluence shows a remarkable lack of DD insofar as the Marsfontein and surrounding area. Could he possibly be unaware the there are other companies besides SUF in the area who have mineral rights , and are actively expending time and resources? " SUF followed the policies and procedures as set out by the DME" Is Confluence stating a fact? Did the DME instruct SUF to not make any effort in tracing the heirs?Are they perhaps confusing the DME with their own legal department?
