Now comes the next question:

- Where do we go from here (ie. S&P 1180, DOW 10208, and NAZ 1923?)

Specifically what is your recommendation at this point
(1) for those who did not lighten up a year ago,
(2) for those who rose 60-65% cash reserves and did not play the CTR2, and
(3) for those who rose cash reserves and stayed put in cash reserves ?
