Another dimension to consider in performing a Zitel market opportunity analysis is the legal factor. In a little known talk to lawyers, Kevin Schick spoke of the poential for huge lawsuits against IBM and others. It should come as no surprise that IBM will probably be offerring FREE software to customers for front end analysis of y2k problems (this should make VIAS and DDIM sweat). No wonder that Kevin is so hot on M-D's technology. It can solve more than one headache. The legal angle should get the attention of executive management. In fact, it would probably be in IBM's interest to partner with Z-MD to avoid any messy entanglements. DocStone
