News Alert from The Wall Street Journal A jury in Kansas found Scott Roeder guilty of first-degree murder in the killing of prominent abortion provider Dr. George Tiller. Roeder, 51, faces a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 25 years. He testified that he shot Tiller in the head in the foyer of a Wichita church because he believed the doctor posed an "immediate danger" to unborn children. online.wsj.com
