KAHI starting to move

Not my favorite company but what I gather from latest SEC filings is:

1. they have sold health supplements portion of business (Kaire International) to NHTC
2. they have retained their NONI products business (microspheres)
3. they recently hired consultants to strategically enter video market and acquire other businesses
