Well, the Dems can now raise lot of dough from the Ellisons and the McNealys of the world. And as the GOP knows very well, that can buy a lot of ads which in turn can bring in a lot of votes. On balance, the Dems might well win more votes out of this than lose.

It is a game that two can play at. Don't want campaign finance reform? Fine! <g>
