Glenayre's margins slipped last quarter partially because foreign demand was for lowerer margin turnkey operations.

Their latest news releases show promise that foreign demand is strong. If they could improve efficiencies, and if foreign demand stays strong, and if the US starts to kick in, we could see a pretty good earnings report this quarter. I.R. had said recently that their foreign market was booming.

A lot of analysts only upgrade or downgrade a stock "after" the news is out, unless it is a momentum stock. I don't hold my breath waiting for a "lemmings" analyst to say something about GEMS.

In the meantime, GO GEMS!

Regards, Bob
