Thanks for the explanation of your interpretation of the VIX. Sounds to me that what you are saying is that while the market went down a lot, it was not as panicky as Oct 27th and perhaps this downturn will be more orderly, assuming that it goes down a lot, as most people expect.

Do you read Donald Sew's posts. If so, how would you relate your analysis to his - not technically, but in terms of outcomes. Seems he is currently saying that there will be an upturn Monday and/or Tuesday inasmuch as there he is showing class1 buys.
