"Turns out that many of us aren't as 'aggressive' going down as we were going up." Stands to reason, doesnt it? If I buy a stock going up, it is worth more tommorrow than it is today. If I buy a stock going down, it is worth less tommorrow than it is today. So why rush to buy on the way down?
