Analysis
With its steady news releases of important alliances and new e-commerce directions, this company seems to be poised for even further expansion and continued multiple increases of revenue growth. When you take into account that Paul Allen has taken a very sizeable interest in this company; and we all know that he has deep pockets and a proven track record with taking start up high tech companies and making them a successful gorillas, just the guidance alone of Paul Allen warrants the attention this company should be getting. Some of the web sites it owns are the leaders in their field. For example, Silicon Investor and HyperMart Small Business Center. Silicon Investor was one of the first chat groups created by the stock investors and it has a huge following and registered user base. Go2net seems to have cornered the market for the small and medium sized business sector with its HyperMart web site. HyperMart Web site offers free one-stop access to a wide range of services geared toward small and medium sized business, i.e. payroll processing, trademark searches and credit reports. This should prove to be a huge profitable venture as it already has 500,000 online business members and growing at the rate of more than 1500 new member businesses per day. The e-commerce is expected to keep growing by leaps and bounds and Go2Net has positioned itself in a perfect position to reap the benefits.

The earnings for the next quarter is expected around November the 2nd. There should be good news coming out from the company with good numbers. The stock is considerably off from its all time high. The stock should do quite well provided the sentiment towards the internet stocks stay healthy. |
