They are selling such a small # of shares, it is hardly a negative. 1% of total shares? Please. They make an arrangement with the brokers and the shares pass hands in a virtually invisible transaction, because the brokers don't want to mess the market up. In addition, these guys can't be expected to hold ONLY ORCL. They have to be allowed to diversify. I see this as a HUGE positive, to be honest. Shows that they are holding a large % of their shares, but they want to put some cash into other investments.....perfectly logical. Could be there is a demand overhang, too, and this is their way of dealing with it.
