Why negotiate with MIRL to buy Ollachea? MIRL market cap is now about $1M. Almost 400K shares traded today and 600K on the bid at 1cent. If you can accumulate 51% of the company for a few million $ in shares, Ollachea is yours for the accumulated debt, and Corihuarmi is thrown in as a kicker. How many shares does management own anyway?
