Fred I am fraid that I am at a disadvantage since Ihave not received a prospectus yet so please bear with me. You said that The lunn income would increase. Did they also take into account TPG income? If not you would have to add this also to come up with a fair earnings pre share and book value for the new company wouldn't you. If they included the income ... never mind. Cary
