Most people don't do stupid things. Which planet do you live on? <g> BTW, I think that speed limits are too low, too. And I think it's a mistake to maintain laws that turn us into a society of law-breakers. That's a good part of the reason I objected to the fornication and sodomy laws. They made most everyone a law breaker. If we routinely break some laws, we develop a tolerance for law breaking. Not a good thing. The way to fix this is to lobby for realistic speed limits, not take personal exemptions.
